Our latest addition to the Collineige portfolio, a beautiful first floor apartment in the sought-after rue du Lyret, has a balcony overlooking the River Arve which runs from the Mer de Glace. A decidedly perfect location in the centre of town with everything that you could wish for just a stroll away from your door. Chamonix’s fine selection of shops, restaurants and bars are close by and waiting to be discovered, in fact one of our favourite Chamonix restaurants is right on your doorstep.

The apartment is well designed with a stylish kitchen area, shower room, bedroom and living area. It is the ideal base for a couple for a romantic getaway.  Wake up in the morning to wander from your cosy bedroom to the balcony and enjoy a freshly brewed coffee whilst looking out onto the wonderful views. 

You will find all you need here, the apartment is well equipped with an oven, microwave and induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, two coffee machines (filter and nespresso), kettle and toaster.  There is even a little garage for your (little) car just along the road.
